Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in Egypt. However, we will be launching internationally very soon!

How long is delivery?

SHIPPING WITHIN EGYPT

Cairo and Giza - 24 to 48 working hours

Alexandria - 48 to 72 working hours

All other - 72 to 96 working hours

Shipments go out from Sundays to Thursdays. Fridays and Saturdays are holidays and are not counted as working hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders take around 7 to 10 business days to deliver. After purchasing an item, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. YALLADATE does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different costs per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.

How much is delivery?

Delivery rates are automatically calculated on checkout based on your area. When you select your country and city, the shipping rates will show up.

Do you offer exchanges/returns/cancellations?

EXCHANGES & RETURNS 

We don’t accept returns or refunds or exchanges. We only allow modifications to an order before the order is shipped out. You receive an email when the order is sent out. Once this email is sent, we can not offer any changes. Please contact us on our social media platforms, website or email to request any change.

RETURNED-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES
*This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to to reach the customer, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery which results in future orders being refused.

* We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers are critical to ensure delivery.

*We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (We're fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
